Peanut Butter Dip

I am going off the beaten path today and sharing a recipe that I made.  I needed something to serve at out Bible study group, wanted to do a whole foods approach and made up this peanut butter dip.  Hope you like it.

Peanut Butter Dip

Ingredients:
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (no sugar)

¼ Cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
2 Tab. Agave nectar

1 tea. Vanilla

Directions:

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Add all ingredients into a mix bowl and whip with hand mixer until smooth.

Notes: You may use regular milk in place of the almond milk.  And you can add more or less agave nectar to your desire of sweetness.  Maple syrup or brown sugar would work too.
