Bored kids underfoot while you are trying to get something done? Have them make some wrapping paper. You can use brown paper sacks, rolled paper from the dollar store, or anything you have on hand that will take paint. If your guys are little I find cutting the paper to the size of the gift first helps to keep the mess level down. Whip It Up shows you how a block of wood, yarn and paint can make wonderful designs. Rubberbands work well in place of yarn. You could also use round head tacks nailed into a piece of woof or foam stick on shapes. Raid the junk drawer and see what you can come up with.
